LEADERSHIP TEAM
Tim Moody
President, CEO & Director

Mr. Moody has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry including mineral exploration, resource assessment, business development, strategy and government relations. He spent 24 years with Rio Tinto, where he held the posts of Exploration Director (2005-2010) and Vice President and Director of Business Development (2010-2015). He currently holds directorships on the boards of Mirasol Resources, Prism Resources, and Indico Resources. Mr. Moody has a Bachelor of Science in Geology and Geophysics (Honours) from the University of New England. He is a graduate of the Senior Leadership Program from the London Business School, a graduate of the Business Leadership Development Program from the Australian Graduate School of Management and a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists.

Andrew (Andy) Marshall
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Marshall is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 11 years of finance and CFO experience in the mining sector.  He has an extensive background in financial and risk management; corporate reporting, ESG management; M&A transactions and working with international jurisdictions.  Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at First Mining Gold Corp. and assisted in building the company’s gold project portfolio during its initial period of growth in 2015 when it acquired eight companies in just over one year. Prior to this, Andy held finance roles at two Vancouver based TSX/NYSE MKT-listed silver mining companies with operations in Mexico and Canada. Mr. Marshall started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in London and moved to Vancouver in 2008.

Juan Garcia Valledor
General Manager Spain

Juan is a Mining Engineer with more than 28 years project development, open-pit mining and operational experience from mine design to mine closure in Spain, including roles as operations manager at Rio Tinto's talc mining operations, re-opening the Alquife iron ore open-pit mine in Granada, and operations manager at W Resources La Parrilla tungsten/tin mine going from development to production.

Álvaro Merino
Vice President Exploration

Mr. Merino has more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry in exploration, engineering, and mining sectors. His career has taken him to Chile, Bolivia, Mexico and Spain, working on projects in different stages both in junior exploration as well as active open-pit and underground mines. Mr. Merino has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a degree in Mining Engineering from Huelva University, and is a member of the Official College of Geologists of Andalusia (ICOGA), Official Association of Technical Engineers and Graduates in Mines and Energy (COITGME) and European Federation of Geologists (EFG). He has served as Qualified Person for several exploration companies. Álvaro has been an important part of the Pan Global geology team since the company was established in Spain and serves as Pan Global’s Qualified Person for NI 43-101.

Jason Mercier
Vice President Investor Relations and Communications

Mr. Mercier is an investor and media relations professional with more than 20 years of experience acquired in a range of mining companies, from exploration-stage juniors to a $15 billion market cap producer. Most recently, he was the global investor relations, and external communications lead for a base and precious metals producer with mines in Canada, Burkina Faso, and Namibia. Mr. Mercier’s past communications successes are grounded in a journalism degree, and he has significant experience building investor support at the institutional, family office, and retail levels.

Bárbara Gómez
HSE & Relations Manager Spain

Bárbara is a mining engineer and brings a wide range of experience to her role at PanGlobal. She has most recently managed her own consultancy in Spain specializing in permitting and government relations, as well as health and safety. Throughout her more than 20-year career, she has participated in most of the mining projects in the Iberian Pyrite Belt, including Las Cruces, AguasTeñidas, Aznalcóllar, Magdalena and Sotiel. She has a Masters degree in H&S and an Executive MBA from San Telmo Business School.

Max Pinsky
Corporate Secretary

Mr. Pinsky is a lawyer with over 20 years of practice experience, mainly in the corporate and securities areas.  He has a B.Sc. (Special) degree and an LL.B. degree from the University of Alberta.  Mr. Pinsky is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.  He has considerable experience in assisting companies in all stages of planning and corporate development.  Mr. Pinsky has been a principal in several successful transactions in various businesses, including environmental engineering, oil and gas, and real estate.
